On October 18th thru 20th, YOU can travel from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh and return on the former 1949-built Pennsylvania Railroad Pullman car Catalpa Falls. Enjoy some of the most spectacular fall foliage that Pennsylvania has to offer as the train travels the route of the famous Broadway Limited, crossing the famous Rockville Bridge and traversing the historic Horseshoe Curve.

While on the train, you will enjoy four meals (2 meals in each direction) selected from authentic menus of the Broadway Limited, with cuisine selections specifically chosen for our fall foliage patrons. All meals will be prepared on-board by the Catalpa Falls’ executive chef and re-created using the original Pennsylvania Railroad recipes. The featured dessert is the Pennsylvania Railroad’s famous pennepicure pie, which will be prepared especially for our fall foliage guests.

Once in Pittsburgh, passengers will be on their own for lodging or other accommodations. Executive Rail has arranged a special rate of $155.00 per night (plus fees and taxes) for our guests at the historic Omni William Penn Hotel. Passengers that wish to partake in this special rate must book their rooms with the hotel directly by September 16, 2019. To book, simply call the hotel at 1-800-843-6664 and mention the Catalpa Falls to get the special rate.

This private rail journey is limited to twenty people at a cost of $1,100.00 per person. The ticket price includes round-trip private rail transportation, four meals, and all beverages aboard the train. Please join us for spectacular scenery, delicious food, engaging conversation, and legendary service!
