Photo Location

Hello All!

I have recently purchased some PRR slides from the late Bill Reddy's collection. I am trying to figure out the location of this picture as there is no data on the slide other than PRR '53. Since he was from the Western NY area, I'd guess that it is either WNY or not too far south into PA. He was a railroader and an avid railfan. He also participated in many nrhs type excursions. Any guesses?

Perhaps Ebeneezer Yard in Buffalo? Layout of round house and coal tower look similar to the Buffalo Yard.

The lay of the land almost reminds me of Tifft, but then that wouldn't be PRR, however.
