The Westboro State Hospital is not too far from the New Haven's Framingham Centre to Fitchburg line and there was a station called TALBOT, at Talbot Street at the Westboro/Northboro Town Line. The Westboro Hospital in off Lyman Street north of Route 9, probably 3 or more miles from the B & A.
