Looking for a road/rail trailer with mini crane

Does anyone know or has anyone ever seen anything like this? Used? a manufacturer of? I am new to the rail industry and I need to find one of these trailer, if they exist?

The poster seems to be asking for a kingpin equipped semi- trailer with high rail gear and a small crane(as would be mounted on a boom truck) rather than a high- rail mobile truck crane. I've never seen anything like that, although I have seen a National type mini- crane(think of the type of small crane you sometimes see mounted on building material delivery trucks) mounted on a flatcar.......
