Hey Guys,
I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on why the Green and Orange MSW containers are in pristine condition (sorta) and the Grey ones are covered with tagging? I would assume the Green ones would be covered since I believe they all come out of Bushwick NYC where those old C&D cars used to be stored that looked like jackson pollock paintings.
Is Waste Management and NY Dept of Sanitation actually spending money on getting these things polished up and nice looking?
