Hello,

Does anyone have maps and/or images which show what the track layout looked like of the railroad yard at Hillburn, NY when the Erie owned and operated the yard in the 1920s to the late 1940s? I am particularly interested in knowing how many tracks the yard had, and the locations of switches and crossovers in the yard during the aforementioned period. I am in need of this information for a modeling project.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Walter Conklin

I'd also like to know information about the turntable that was there, it's track configuration, and if there was a roundhouse or engine house.
Up until at least 1953, the turntable shows on aerial maps at N 41.11999 W 74.15968 before the yard was expanded to the west.
