Can any of you advise about the operations on the Niagara Falls Branch prior to the Great War? Looking for track diagrams, signaling, stations, crossings with other RR's and if there were scheduled freights to go with the passenger service. Old employee timetables would be most useful. Especially useful would be information on how excursion consists were handled at the Falls. In addition to Erie excursions to the Falls, I know the NKP used the line for that purpose. Were other carriers using the Erie to deliver excursions to the Falls? What kind of running times could excursions make on the branch? Were there severe grades or other operating impediments to overcome? WJPowers
