Anybody familiar with a Bill Loomis - Engineer worked Mechanicville - Binghamton retired in 1966.

I'll have to ask around. There is a luncheon for D&H retirees at the Golden Corral on the second Tuesday of each month. Other is also a breakfast in Oneonta, but I forgot when that was. I went once when I was working in Binghole, and driving to Saratoga.
