GE's In the Executive Scheme....Almost

Has anyone ever noticed how some of the GE's on the Brazilian mining railroad Estrada de Ferro Vitória a Minas ( EFVM) bear a striking resemblance to BN's Executive paint scheme on the SD70MAC's? An interesting variation I'd say.
