Most of those scenes were on either B&O Pittsburgh Divn. near Connellsville or on the Akron Division between New Castle and Youngstown as the P&LE is in the foreground. None of them were on territory that is now the B&P.

Im guessing it's a typo. he probably meant B&O steam.

There is a version of the video that does show B&O steam passenger trains operating on the BR&P in the vicinity of Bradford, PA.
