Are the F40PHL-2s in service or retired? I haven't seen pictures of one dated later than early 2016 and satellite images show them as not having moved in the Miami coach yard for a while.
There are some F-40's stored at the facility in Hialeah. I don't know whether they will ever run again but anything is possible because there will be more trains eventually and they will need more equipment than they are currently using in time. I guess it is just stay tuned for now.
