There were elevated coal trestles on almost all 4 corners of the Woodbine Rd. overpass, with bumpers next to the sidewalks. The Philadelphia & Columbia joined the present Main Line very close to the East end of the Westbound Ardmore Station platform. That area was later used as team tracks and possibly a lumber yard..

That area was later used as team tracks and possibly a lumber yard..Those tracks were extant until the installation of concrete ties and CWR about a decade ago, with one track running up against a loading dock which has been renovated as storage for the Trader Joe's.
