I feel like there have been a lot of conductor changes, and less conductors coming around on regional rail the last week or so. Most haven't been standing outside the train either. Is there a huge change going on or something? I'm assuming this can't have to do with the possible strike.

When you factor in...

Parents taking their children on vacation/themselves on vacation
No more students
Reduced need for commuting
SEPTAs wallet
Does SEPTA go by any beaches or theme parks anyway? (Seriously. Do they?)

You can see why there is a reduction in conductors currently
