Are there any street level subway stations still existing in Brooklyn? This question came up in a thread on Brooklyn rail topics in a Brooklyn Dodgers website that I frequent. I haven't been to Brooklyn in over 20 years and my meager collection of books on NYC subways doesn't provide a ready answer.
