"Scratch a Record, Not the Train Glass" of the 90s

There have been a lot of recent posts about old commercials involving the subway. This reminded me of an obscure NYC Transit PSA called "Scratch a Record, Not the Train Glass." I saw it a few times on NY1 news, and it had a motorman rapping about what is now referred to as "scratchitti." There were hip-hop girls dancing on the platform while a train pulled in. It was pretty funny. I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Does anybody remember this PSA from the mid-90s?
