I'm just curious. Why was the Flushing Line unaffected by the signal system issue that suspended service on all the other IRT lines?

The 7 line is its own little oddity - not quite A division, not quite B division. Even prior to CBTC coming online, the 7 operated more like a B-division line than an IRT line.I see. if it's not too much trouble to explain, what is the reason that the Flushing line has operated more like a B-division line as you mentioned?
