Cars at Hunts Point

What's the story behind these cars? ://binged.it/2Bihe5v
Just be glad you don't have to press "2" for English.

If Cass Elliot shared her sandwich with Karen Carpenter, they'd both be alive today.

For future viewers: Here is the link: https://binged.it/2Bihe5v It shows two redbirds on a very short, isolated elevated structure in the middle of a parking lot. It looks to be out back of the MTA Tiffany Iron Shop, 1170 Oak Point Ave.

That's kind of an odd setup. Is it for firefighter training?

Might be for police training along with their "Emergency Service Units"(combo SWAT/RESCUE teams)
Also FDNY rescue training.
Might double as a TV/Movie set for stunts that the TA would not allow production companies to do on live tracks.
