New transfer between E and R/W trains at WTC

For those who may not be aware yet, the MTA has completed a free in-system transfer between the E (WTC station) and the R/W (Cortlandt St station).

This was accomplished by a re-arrangement of the fare controls at the south end of the WTC (E) station and the construction of a passageway (about 50 feet I'd guess) to the northern end of the downtown Cortlandt St station.

In addition the entrance from the downtown Cortlandt St station into the WTC Oculus has been opened.

The entrance to Cortlandt St R/W from the Oculus South Concourse (directly under 4 WTC) and the out-of-system underground passageway from One Liberty Place to the Oculus South Concourse have also opened.
