neither would speed restriction on bridges in our lifetime, add to that speed restrictions for stateline curve in port chester 4 bridges that won't take sideways forces) the S curve in Harrison , New Rochelle , you get my drift ?

Not sure.
Just saying that trains will stop at those stations and seem to have lower speed limits around.

Summary - the 30/30/30 is not realistic and the $ cost for the time savings is not worth it.

Money is needed to get the existing system into a good state (S Norwalk bridge as an example).
