Trash Train out of GCT

I was using the search function but did not find anything.
Is there a fixed schedule for the trash train to emerge GCT and can be seen on the Park Ave. Viaduct?

Believe the"Trash/recycling" train is handled as a "Work extra",moves when allowed by the RTC.
