Unknown and doubt it.

It's rumored the last three units from the whole rebuild program are
going to sport some sort of special scheme. Have no proof one way
or another though.

The 1028 returned to service today and was kept on the south side. Actually got to see it today, caught me by surprise. It's the set with control car 1815, with GP1134 attached on behind it. I saw it when train 830 pulled into Attleboro. From where I was watching, I couldn't see the engines, but I could definitely make out the GP in the set as you can hear those things from Pluto, so it was an eye popper when I saw the 1028 in front once the train started rolling out.

They're totally shut down when being shipped.

1075 is lost in New Jersey. Well done, CSX. Hopefully It'll be in Massachusetts by Tuesday. Anybody know what the next F40 to be shipped out will be? They're due to ship a few out.
