NETransit has been showing a "Site Suspended" error for about 4 days now, and was totally unresponsive and timing out for several days before that. Anybody know if they've changed servers again, or is the site just temporarily FUBAR'ed?

bsra.org is still up, and I always thought it was kind of intertwined with the whole transithistory.org site. Guess not...

Both domains are registered to the same person, with some differences in contact information for each.
And you presumably meant thebsra.org rather than bsra.org.

A slide has replaced the ERROR code with this,
"This site has stepped out for a bit"
Shows a pic of a coat tree with a hat and scarf hanging on the pegs
Maybe the server has gone sour, and needs replacing?? :(

The site seems to be split between the"Wayback machine"and the online roster.

What is the Boston Transit EMuseum? Did they sell their domain or get taken over?

TransitHistory.org and its Boston Transit eMuseum was created by a local web design major who graduated and became consumed by a real job and other priorities. Although the site and its concept has taken the back burner, as many of our personal projects do, it is not dead. The creator fully intends to return to it when time allows.

The forum part is another story entirely and became part of TransitHistory after its creation, which was triggered by a once rigid opposition to discussion of buses on this site.
