Lately I've noticed a mobile crane and number of workers very late at night by the billboard near FX. Tonight I took a closer look down the Boston Sand & Gravel road. It was hard to see them through the old RDC's and some cars that used to be on the Paint Shop track. However, from what I could barely make out, it looked like they were putting together a very large signal bungalow, perhaps? Went back later and it was nowhere to be found, though.
