The Federal Railroad Administration said MARC is one of 33 railroads that requested a deadline extension to finish installing PTC.

VRE has also submitted a deadline extension because of delay on updated software

MARC is on the hook for I-ETMS gear on the cab cars and power that operates on the CSX lines.

Per the docs, the I-ETMS gear for CSX is working perfectly. It's the Amtrak based gear that's they're behind on testing (happening now).
