Nothing particularly special or custom about the typical 8', 6' and 4' fixtures used in stations. The color temperature of the tubes in the stations are cool white. The fixtures are powered from 2 circuit breaker panels at both ends of the station, half from one end an half from the other. 25% of the station fixtures are wired to be powered by an uninterrupted power supplies again at both ends of the station in the even of a power failure.

The fixtures in tunnels are explosion proof and are also fitted with cool white tube. Many of the tunnel fixtures have been replaced and or fitted with LED tubes. They to have 25% of the fixtures powered by an uninterrupted power supply in the even of a power failure.
