River water leaking into Yellow Line tunnel on 3/17/2017

Yellow line under the Washington Channel on Friday morning. This does not instill confidence. Of course Metro's own Baghdad Bob Minister of Information Dan Stessel plays it off like it was the river's fault and there's nothing wrong with Metro.
