Not sure how long this has been the case. But I'm just now noticing that on the Brunswick Line, they're not blowing the horn for the Forest Glen Rd crossing in Silver Spring. Somewhat ironic since this is where we crashed into a CSX MOW dump truck in the crossing last month. Did this neighborhood complain enough to get them to stop using the horn? Up county, they lay on the horn for the stupid driveway going to the MCPD impound yard that nobody drives on. But this crossing gets nothing.

The crossing has been upgraded to a "Quiet Crossing" Zone, the horn can only be used for Emergencys
Has this crossing been Quad-gated,and median dividers added to the road surface?

if it has median dividers it does not need quadrant gates.

The crossing has to be upgraded railroad, but funded by town and town takes on legal responsibilities.

Takes on legal responsibilities.... Wouldn't it be nice if that's how the legal system worked. Like anywhere else, if some moron drives around the gates and gets killed, their family will sue the railroad, the town, the state, the federal government, and the engineer's mother for giving birth.
