I assume someone did this own their own, since I've never seen Metro decorate their cars. https://twitter.com/DogPillow/status/53 ... 48/photo/1. It's a pretty impressive feat, however, to decorate an entire car. I assume that person rode for quite some distance.

This reminds me when Pepsi was running advertisement on the Seoul Subway and they put their soda cans on the handle bars ... pretty clever. Now knowing Metro I'm sure they'll have removed all of the decorations soon

WMATA does decorate (usually) 1-2 pairs of cars for the holidays and the cars are moved around the system to allow as many passengers as possible to see them. They've been doing this as long as I can remember (early 90s at least)
