Hope this is ok in this forum, since washington fans look at this. I just want to announce that the Washington PCC 1304 at Seashore has been fully painted. and the step wells re-built and windows getting re-done.
That's good to hear, but remember, the National Capital Trolley Museum, has operated PCC No. 1101 for many years. No. 1101 is the very first PCC to be placed into service in DC, and , luckily, survived the carbarn fire at NCTM a few years ago. No 1304 is a similar car.
One question--- is 1304 being painted in DC Transit colors, or the original Capital Transit Colors?
