Metro upgrading fare gate software to display error messages when you cad doesn't work

Currenly when you tap your Smartrip card and it doesn't work, the fare gate will display see station manager,
With this upgrade, it will instead display an error - invalid card, expired card or deactivated card allowing you to fix the problem yourself instead of seeing a station manager
