WHILE GOING TO THE STORE TODAY, I WAS ON EITHER LIE OR NORTHERN STATE, BOUT BETWEN 39-42ISH AND GOING OVER THE OVERPASS THERS A SINGLE TRACK LINE THERE AND THERE WAS MOW THERE. FROM WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE IT LOOKED LIKE A SPIKER OR SUMTHING, CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME MORE NFO? IT WAS OVER BY THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT YEARD WHERE THEY KEEP THE PLOWS

About 2:10 PM this afternoon I saw a MOW train moving westbound through Peconic. It looked like it was made up of three MOW cars.

I belive that we had a Sperry Car Test this week on the east leg of the Greenport Branch, which may explain why a MOW would be out this way.
