Listed on the LIRR 1986 maps for: General Bldg Supply leased platform. It appears active via 2017 Bing maps Bird's Eye view and is fenced off.

1. Is this currently actively served by NY&A?
2. If so, What customers and loads are delivered?

General Building products which turned into Triangle Building Supply is still serviced by NYA, but if not a boxcar the center beam flats will go to Brookhaven Rail Terminal a bit east.

There is/was also a customer that took sheetrock on centerbeam flatcars at Medford Team. Can't remember the company name at the moment.
