The only thing that *might* still be in the catalogue would be ECO rebuilds, including nearly new units like the GP20-ECOs for CP.
They would ride on trade-in trucks, though.

Understood. I've noticed several of the rail support companies (HERZOG for one) use Blombergs as the power trucks on their units. I regularly see a 5 unit articulated container set that I think is used for working ballast. It has a carbody one one end covering the size of an older 567 series diesel, with a single Blomberg truck. The opposite end just has a small control cab.

EMD has produced some GPL15T 4-axle locomotives within the last few years for export to SNIM in Mauritania that are equipped with standard gauge GP swing hanger trucks that have a truck-mounted movable sand plow at the loco outboard ends. These were made with new truck frame and bolster castings from Bradken in Atchison, KS. If there is customer for new GP models, EMD could produce them, the casting patterns are in good shape.
