But ironically, traffic/congestion, at least this month so far, is so far down on CN that VIA may very well be able to operate a full 3X weekly schedule Toronto-Vancouver if they hadn't already committed to the reduced schedule. #1 and #2 have been consistently early. Must be a rapidly slowing economy.
