Unfortunavery probably too many railfan train chasers still do not know how to behave on the highways around the railroad and use very poor judgment in the pursuit of a steam engine. Here is what happened on the UP last week, not good.

With things like this, I find it difficult to find fault with any of the freight railroads that want NO PART OF STEAM.
