Does anyone know if there is any track work planned for the summer east of Binghamton? Or are those stored cars still in the way, blocking anything substantial?

One of the BH jobs dropped off about 8 or 10 CSX gons loaded with new ties on a siding near the Frito Lay plant just east of Binghamton today. Not sure where they'll end up. They did some fairly substantial (by NYSW standards anyway) tie and surfacing work last summer from Binghamton to at least Susquehanna. So I imagine they'll continue further east. I belive there are still lots of stored cars down that way.
