Thr first of 100 new D940CWs are being delivered,road numbers 9812-9911.NS will also be receiving 15 GE ES40DC locomotives,road numbers 9912-9926.They are DC versions of the UP and BNSF test beds already out there.These will be owned by GE and leased to NS for testing.There has been talk of NS getting 25 more SD70Ms but that has been tabled for now.We can only hope!!!!!!!!!
