I don't but I can tell you it's a 5 year rate progression, 1st year at 75% of full rate...2nd year at 80% of full rate...3rd year at 85%...and so on.

Prob. in the ballpark of 15/hr- 21/hr? Not 100% sure but I was advised recently that a job in a yard would pay better (Carman starting @ 23/hr)
