Of note, I spotted and MBTA coach northbound near Elkton, MD this morning on #1 track second to last car in NS train. My guess it is going to Delaware Car
for work.

What is the NS local I tend to see daily on the High Line around 11:30? I can't find an appropriate train ID anywhere.

I assume it's either coming from Abrams', West Falls, or Port Richmond.

It's almost always being pulled by a GP running long hood forward.

Probably SP18(Z794). It's a Conrail train out of S. Philly to West Falls and return.
