Conrail Shared Assets Beesley Secondary
Started at Pavonia with OLS GP38-3 5826, NS cars 29 and 28, and locally based GP40-2 3022 pointing south.
Since I didn't have the opportunity to chase the train for photos, I photographed it as it departed South Jersey, where the friendly conductor posed at Cove Road.
Operating as NS 975, the train had to wait at C.P. Jersey for a Delair Bridge opening. Once the bridge was closed and locked, 975 headed west into Pennsylvania.
