Huntington PA derailment 4/3/18

NS 10N derailed with 7 or 8 cars in creek. Looks like side of stone arch bridge gave way under track 1, similar to the mini-collapse affecting a portion of the Rockville Bridge a few years ago.

Looks like they may have this up and running fairly quickly. This used to be 4-track, so they are building a second track to replace the one that collapsed. (Already have lots of ballast on site and some track panels) There will be slow orders through the work areas, but at least they can get back to 2-track. Also Amtrak will be able to run their 2 trains / day.
