Coming home tonight, I noticed a long work train with tons of rails on open cars idling on the Port Deposit line along the river. Loud, noisey as hell. What exactly are they doing? I have never seen a train with all that rail ever. A couple workers are actually sitting atop of this train.This is going on here in Perryville now as I type this. Thanks

More then likely they are dropping rail down for a rail replacement project in the near future on the Port Road.
