Schedule for NS trains passing short NJ spur?

Hello,

There is a short spur used by NS locomotives which leads off tracks used by NJ Transit, approximate address: 200 Hollister Rd, Teterboro, NJ 07608.

I'm trying to track down who the customer (or customers) are along this short spur and the timetables that trains pass. Principle reason is the locomotive plus cars block off Hollister Rd for 20-30 minutes at a time. Any information would be appreciated!

Most freight trains don't run on a schedule like passenger trains. Luckily the spur isn't that long and going around the blocked crossing shouldn't take too long.

That is usually served by NS H81. They typically work M-F (not going over that spur all days), between morning and evening rush hour. Typically they get to that facility in the late morning/early afternoon. Most freights do not run on a set schedule.
