I heard a rumor NS is getting ready to move the Washington Secondary switch to up by the Black Iron Bridge in Phillipsburg. This seems to be a very good possibility because the existing switch is all marked out and flagged with markings going up the Lehigh main. Also heard there is or will be a new Customer that wants double stack cars.
