Caught NS SD-40 6132 northbound (away from Juniata) on the Sunbury Line (former PRR/D&H Wilkes-Barre Branch) this afternoon, but on a TTX heavy-duty flatcar with idlers front-and rear. The unit appeared to have superficial damage to just about every part of the carbody, but the cab was intact. Can anybody supply any details as to what might have happened to her?

That was actually NS GE ES44AC 8132. It was wrecked in a head-on collision that occurred in Washington County, Georgia on August 7th, 2015. The other two units involved in the incident were NS SD40-2 1637 and Dash 9-44CW 9796, both which were retired and scrapped last year. The 8132 had been stored in Georgia, but is finally on its way to be repaired.
