Can someone provide details about the 20 November derailment in which a bit of PCB contaminated soil was spilled?

K88 went around the corner on the runaround on a shove and derailed. Very little was spilled. Site already cleared of everything. Well, cars are still there, just on the tracks. 1 rail had to be replaced. 99% sure they did so already though
