Canadian sourced crude oil shipments by rail are increasing:

And Canada's currently rocky relations with Saudi Arabia haven't impacted the shipment of Saudi crude to Irving in Saint John ... yet.

But I would guess should there be an increase in crude by rail shipments to Irving's Maritimes refinery, it would be via either CN directly to Saint John or CP to Port of Albany where it would be transloaded to barge for shipment to Saint John.
