They have pulled away from major source points in the west and SW like Santa Teresa(EL Paso),Tucson(Nogales) Tacoma WA(ports of Tacoma,Seattle).
Most likely to get to CSX destinations will need a drayage move in Chicago between the western RR's and CSX IM yard there. :P
