C&O Mainline in WV closed? Floods/washout/trees down?

i all:

I am told that the former Chesapeake and Ohio mainline is closed between Huntington and Lewisburg West Virginia due to floods and landslides. Can anybody confirm and better yet advise as to when the line is expected to be back in service? The reason I'm asking is I have a friend visiting from the United Kingdom and he was planning on shooting the line today and tomorrow.

Any information that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Amtrak 51 is running about 2 hours late at Charleston WV ,not showing a service disruption yet.
