Undercutting the Trenton Sub at Woodbourne

Seems that work is complete on the undercutting between CP Wood and Woodbourne under the Morrisville Line Bridge (NS Trenton Cutoff). Landscapers are putting final touches on the scene.
Does anybody know if this was the last restriction for double stacks on that line? I know they are still doing something down at CP Berry, but don't know what..

I believe NICE area, (near Wayne Jct area) is the last problem area. IIRC, they still need to do Cottman and Oxford/Bleigh, possibly Rhawn st. as well for undercutting, but the problems wil be at NICE. There's no room to work and your already into the bedrock ...
